Multi-directional Carbon Fiber Shafts-The shafts utilize a multi-layer composite structure of military-grade unidirectional carbon fiber tows, each with a diameter approximately 1/13 the diameter of a human hair. Through precise directional alignment and a high-temperature curing process, the carbon fibers form a stable network within a resin matrix with zero net displacement. This molecular-level directional control imparts impeccable linear stability to the shafts while achieving the extreme strength and dynamic response sought by professional players.
Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polyurethane Core -Encased in multiple layers of carbon fiber, an ultra-high-density polyurethane foam core forms the ""technical heart"" of the forelimbs. This patented composite structure ensures rigidity while absorbing impact vibrations through micro-elastic deformation. Its unique energy conduction properties not only create a crisp, wood-like impact sound, but also provide clear feedback on the stroke, resulting in a breakthrough improvement in cue ball control.
12.5MM Zero-rise Tournament Taper -This 12.5mm constant-straight taper is designed for long-distance precision strikes. It utilizes Morse-grade manufacturing tolerances (straightness error ≤ 0.003mm/m) and a taper angle strictly controlled to 1°25'±10"" (equivalent to a Mohs #2 taper). The leading 80mm maintains absolute zero rise (rise = 0), completely eliminating the slight rise angle associated with traditional tapers during extended shots. This geometry, optimized through finite element analysis, maintains a clubhead trajectory fluctuation of less than ±0.15° over 300mm of travel, providing machine tool guide-level stability for a wide range of play.
African Ebony Power Core -The cue is crafted from a single piece of African Ebony-grade ebony (Diospyros crassiflora), boasting a density of 1.2g/cm³ and a strictly controlled air-dried moisture content of 8±0.5%. This precious material develops a unique metallic luster after 270 days of natural aging. Its acoustic transmission velocity reaches 4500m/s, perfectly matching the resonant frequency of the carbon fiber shaft, achieving the ultimate balance of power and control.
African Padauk Power Core-The cue is constructed from specially selected Pterocarpus soyauxii from the African equatorial rainforest. Sourced from the heartwood burls of trees over 80 years old, it boasts an air-dry density of 0.82g/cm³ (±0.03g/cm³), and a fiber saturation point consistently controlled at 26%. FFT acoustic analysis indicates a longitudinal sound wave velocity of 3150m/s, creating a 1:1.25 resonant frequency ratio with the carbon fiber shaft, boosting the ball's kinetic energy transfer efficiency to 91.3%.
Multi-joint Silver Ring Inlays-Silver reinforcement rings are inserted at five key stress points, each CNC-turned and mirror-polished. These precisely inlaid metal nodes not only provide visual identification but also effectively suppress micro-vibrations in the forelimb and joint area by distributing stress through the differential density of the materials, reducing energy loss during impact to less than 0.3%.
Aerospace-grade Interlocking Joint-Made of 304L austenitic stainless steel that undergoes a super-solution treatment (1060°C quenching followed by deep freezing), it achieves a yield strength of 520 MPa and a Vickers hardness of HV380 ± 15. The thread pattern utilizes a DIN 13-28 standard, Grade 2 precision metric thread (pitch 0.8mm ± 0.003mm), coupled with a 12° reverse taper self-locking structure, achieving a torque transmission efficiency of up to 98.7% and a coaxiality tolerance of ± 0.002mm.
